Appointment requests

When you request an appointment through this site, we process the details you provide (name, contact details, preferred time, your message) solely to handle your request and organize your visit. Request data is stored in EU-region data centers and is never sold for advertising. Confirmation and reminder messages relate only to your request.

Cookies & analytics

This site sets no tracking cookies and uses no ad networks. We collect anonymous, cookie-less usage statistics (page viewed, referring page) without building user profiles.

Service providers

We use carefully selected processors to run this site: Cloudflare (hosting/delivery) and Supabase (data storage, EU region). Email (confirmations, reminders) may be sent through an email provider. If an AI chat assistant is enabled on this site, the messages you type into it are sent to Anthropic (USA) to generate a reply. Where any data is transferred to a third country, it is done under appropriate safeguards (such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses). Hosting

The site is served via Cloudflare; technically necessary access data (such as IP addresses in server logs) is processed to operate the site securely.
